Neil wanted to create a high-end, polished report template for Functionn’s new service, a detailed audit that reviews and improves the remote hiring processes of client companies. Each report will be sold at a premium rate, so the design needed to feel credible and consistent with Functionn’s established brand and be visually digestible so it doesn't feel too wordy and immediately delivers high impact to hiring managers looking to fill out the gaps within their system.
In order to achieve a healthy lead generation path, it was imperative to run LinkedIn ads that showcased the pain-point of the client and provided them with personalised and easy form of health-check report with limited solutions. With further interest, a premium report was generated for the client to explore their hiring methodologies curated and personalised for them to bridge the gaps at a wider scale.
To make the report be easier for Neil to edit, the whole design was done on Canva so he can effortlessly edit the context and generate premium report for each of his enquiries.
